博客來書店台股價跌量增 金管會：投資人未全然看空後市
金管會晚間表示，受到上週五歐美股市大跌逾3%影響，今天(8/24)亞洲各國股市也呈現下跌，台股集中市場股價指數下跌376點，跌幅4.84%，但成交量約1,449億元，較8月平均911億元明顯增加，顯示有投資人逢低承接，且並未全然看空後市。
金管會說明今日台股下跌主因，主要是歐美股市上週五大跌影響，以致亞股今天多跟著下跌，基於國內上市（櫃）公司今年上半年度營運情形較去年同期成長，且多數維持獲利狀況。金管會鼓勵上市（櫃）公司及金融業實施庫藏股，並鼓勵金融業及各基金買進基本面佳、本益比低之績優股。經統計，上市（櫃）公司目前仍執行中的庫藏股有133件，預定最大買回金額約408億元。金管會並呼籲投資人理性冷靜，進行買賣決策前多參考公司基本面資訊，臺灣證券交易所及證券櫃檯買賣中心網站，每日均公告各股票的本益比、殖利率及股價淨值比等資訊，歡迎投資人多加利用。
